Q. How fast can you complete the sale process?

A. We have lines of credit readily available and could complete within days. However, the legal process of buying a house slows things down and a realistic estimate is 4 weeks from acceptance of our offer to your receiving your cash.

Q. Will I be put under pressure to sell my house to you?

A. Absolutely not. There no obligation and no pressure applied. It is simply not in our interests to talk clients into doing something that is inappropriate for their circumstances. They will simply pull out before completion leaving us with a legal bill to pay! We simply “tell not sell” and you make up your own mind in your own time.

Q. How can I be sure you will complete on the purchase?

A. Our offer will allow us a reasonable prospect of a fair profit on the deal. As a business we are not likely to walk away from a profitable deal! Our local knowledge means our offers are well researched and accurate. We always complete when we have had an offer accepted.

Q. Will I be liable for any costs?

A. None whatsoever. The offer we make is what you will receive in cash. We pay your legal fees, up to £500, you do not need a HIP to sell to us and we make no charges whatsoever.
